You agree to the following:
- I understand that it is my responsibility to pay the full fees for my course(s). Where it has been agreed that I may pay my fees by instalments I shall make the payments due in full and on time.
- I understand that content from the courses will be viewed only by me and I shall not distribute or share with any person or group. All recordings and materials remain the property of the LSA and must not be shared without prior permission of the LSA.
- I understand that at times tutors and fellow students may have different approaches and points of view to my own.
- The LSA will not tolerate abuse or intimidation. Any student using threatening, intimidating or abusive behaviour towards staff or fellow students will, at the discretion of the LSA, be given a warning and/or ejected from their courses with no refund issued (this may also apply to the cancellation of assignments completed/accumulated or in the process of completion).
- I understand that the LSA reserves the right to adapt the schedules/timings/breaktimes of classes according to tutor needs, to amend course/tutor arrangements as published, or merge/close classes if student numbers cease to be viable, and that fees are only fully refundable in the unlikely event that the LSA closes the course. If I give written notice of withdrawal at least 7 days before a course or subscription begins, an administration fee and any bank fees will be deducted before a refund is issued. All other refunds will be at the LSA's discretion and will incur administration and/or any bank fees.
- To make the most of your time with us, please attend all classes, keep the LSA informed of address/email changes, and make use of the LSA learning resources to help you achieve your best results. The LSA is not responsible for any difficulties regarding online access to its site/pages that are not directly related to the LSA. Please ensure your country/area supports access to this site and watching its videos before purchasing. One way to do this may be to sign up for the Free Interpretation Videos and to watch these to see if you can access our site's video content.
